I did not want to leave and will certainly stay here again. The hotel was family-friendly, it had a family ambience, and the staff were pleasant. The location was handy, close to the logan beach. Moreover, it was really close to Victoria, shopping area and a ghetto on one side.

I had a lovely stay at a budget-friendly motel in Warrnambool. The manager's communication was excellent, and she even went out of her way to call and check on everything. The pin code entry system was convenient, and my kids were thrilled with the abundance of power outlets for their devices. The room was exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds and a surprising amount of amenities in the kitchen. The shower was also spotless. it exceeded my expectations and I will definitely stay again.

Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as a small car park and threadbare towels, they did not significantly impact my overall experience.

We loved the location of this hotel as it was close to the ocean, shops, and the local shopping centre which made it easy for us to tour the Great Ocean Road. The cleanliness of the hotel was good and the staff were helpful.

I always choose this place for my stay because the staff is kind and helpful, especially when they sweetly assisted my old parents. With Free Wi-Fi, parking, laundry, and a flat-screen TV, it suits me perfectly. Can't wait to come back for Christmas!

Secondly, the staff went above and beyond in terms of service, with excellent communication and even checking in to ensure everything was okay. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with basic amenities that met all our needs. All in all, it was a pleasant stay that offered great value for the price.

One area that could be improved is the parking situation. It seemed that the number of cars exceeded the available parking spaces, resulting in some guests having to park outside their units or on the street.
